It is a waste of money I dont know what to do , it says to get a black wallpaper then click a button then it will show but it only shows a camera and none of the apps, not used as a wallpaper

The app doesnt actually give you a wallpaper it is only a fake wallpaper when the app is in use this app is a complete waste of money and I wouldve given it zero stars but it wont let me submit the review until I have rated it
